Reserving Facilities Space

The Newmarket Community Center has several meeting/classrooms available for use should your local nonprofit organization require space for a meeting. If you are interested in booking one of our facility rooms, you will need to stop in the Community Center and see the operations manager for request form. Please have your proof of nonprofit status (501C3 Form) with you at this time. If you have any questions regarding facility bookings, please contact Anneliese Fisher, our operations manager, at 659-8581.

Gazebo Reservations

If you should like to reserve the gazebo located at the Leo Landroche Field for a private function, you must be a town resident and make your request in person at the Community Center during normal operating hours.

Field Reservations

All coaches of any sport must direct their request for field use to their league president. If you are the president of your particular sports organization and would like to reserve field time for your teams, you must come in to the Community Center and reserve the fields in person. Only league presidents will be able to book field time for all teams involved.
