Registration Procedures:

Newmarket Recreation’s new registration process through a software program entitled RecTrac allows for us to keep you and your family in a registration database, which will allow for a faster registration process. You may either bring in this registration or mail with check payment to Newmarket Recreation 1 Terrace Drive, Newmarket NH, 03857. If you have already registered for a program in the last year, your registration process will be that much faster.

Payment Policy:

All registrations must include payment. (N.R.D. denotes that a Non-Refundable Deposit is required upon registration) If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at 659-8581.

Payment Options:

Currently Newmarket Recreation will accept cash or check for all program registrations. If you are planning to write a check, please read class description carefully as to whether a separate check needs to be made out to the class instructor who contracted with the Recreation Department for meeting space only.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the event that a program or trip is cancelled, filled, or if scheduling changes prohibits your attendance. Refunds will be made if your request is in writing and is at least one week in advance of the starting date. Refunds take at least two weeks to process.

Waivers:

All Children under 18 years of age must have their parents fill out and sign a Newmarket Recreation Registration and Participation Waiver form to participate in any program or trip. We will also be asking each adult to fill out this waiver as well. This information is now done through the Rec Trac program. We will be requesting medical & emergency information for each person in the household on your first registration with us.
